Volunteers are an integral part of ALP.  If you are interested in helping us change lives through literacy, please read the following letter to all prospective tutors and teachers and choose from the following job descriptions and workshop offerings for more details about how you can get involved:

Help With An Event

There are many other ways to help ALP serve its mission to change lives through literacy.  ALP runs two incredibly fun fundraisers--one in the fall and one in the spring--with something for everyone. 

•  BizBee, a corporate spelling bee
•  World's Fare, a celebration of food, dance and culture

Donate

ALP is a small, private non-profit that depends on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations.  ALP gladly accepts contributions through the mail or over the phone by credit card.
